Who We Are

We are the East Tennessee Association of Healthcare Recruiters (ETAHR), a collective group of nurses, allied health professionals and human resource specialists working together to recruit healthcare professionals to our region.
ETAHR is a non-profit organization representing a variety of local health care organizations--all of which share the same two goals:

• Offering unparalleled, outstanding health care to the residents of East Tennessee
• Being the ‘employers of choice' for healthcare professionals.

The health care organizations we represent are diverse, and range from large healthcare systems to smaller non-profit, community-based institutions. Several of our facilities have been identified as award-winning, "Top-100" hospitals in select specialty areas.
