Linda Kelley

Linda Kelley, RN, BS, CCM serves as Nurse Recruiter for Covenant Health in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is responsible for all of the external recruitment activities for nursing positions throughout the Covenant Health system. She also assists with recruitment of allied health personnel.

Linda is a graduate of Fort Sanders School of Nursing with a Diploma and has received a Baccalaureate degree in Health Services Management from California College for Health Sciences. She has worked in several clinical nursing areas throughout her career, as well as several positions in managed care settings. She has been employed with Covenant Health for 13 years. She was the Manager of Care Coordination for Cariten Healthcare for 7 years, and has been in her current role at Covenant for 2 years.

Dana Whittle

Dana Whittle is a Nurse/Clinical Recruiter at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The areas in which she recruits for include: Clinical Professionals, Registered Nurses in Peri-operative services and the Heart Lung Vascular Institute which is part of the New Heart Hospital.

Dana began her career in healthcare 30 years ago at UT Medical Center. For 13 years she served in roles as a Unit Secretary, a Nursing Assistant and a clerical support to Critical Care Units. Her last 17 years have been in Human Resources where she has served in all aspects of recruiting including employment, training and foreign national placement.

Lisa Osterman

Lisa Osterman RN, BSN, CHCR is the Employment Manager at East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is responsible for management of all aspects of employment including recruitment and retention of staff and employee relations. Her background includes 18 years of nursing and nursing management experience. She has been in her current role at Children's Hospital for the past 11 years. She is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Recruiters, American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Association and Society for Human Resource Management, and the THA Health Workforce Advisory Council. She is currently certified by NAHCR as a Certified Healthcare Recruiter.

Rhonda Sims

Rhonda Sims, RN, BS is the Director of Clinical Education/Nurse Recruiter for Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, Tennessee. She graduated from East Tennessee Baptist Hospital School of Nursing with a Diploma in Nursing and received a Baccalaureate degree from the College of Saint Francis in Health Arts. Rhonda has held a variety of positions in both management and education during her nursing career. She has served as Nurse Recruiter for Blount Memorial for 15 years

Brenda Gray

Brenda Gray, RN, BSN is a Clinical Quality Leader with some recruitment responsibilities for Mercy Health Partners in Knoxville, TN. She graduated from St. Mary's School of Nursing and received her Baccalaureate in Science of Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Brenda has been employed with Mercy Health Partners for over 25 years, primarily in Emergency Services. She has served on several committees including the Recruitment and Retention Committee, HOSA of Knoxville Health Advisory Board, Emergency Operations Committee, and the Nursing Practice Council.

Janet Hill

Janet Hill, MSN, RN serves as Nurse Recruiter for the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The areas for which she recruits Registered Nurses include the Medical Critical Care, Surgical Critical Care, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical Units, Case Management and the Women and Children's areas.

Janet has been employed by the hospital for thirty two years, twenty five of which were spent working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She served as Nurse Manager there for over twenty years.
