Who We Are
We are the East Tennessee Association of Healthcare Recruiters, a collective group of nurses, allied health professionals and human resource specialists working together to recruit healthcare professionals to our region.
The East Tennessee Association of Healthcare Recruiters is a nonprofit organization representing select member facilities, all of which share the same goals of offering outstanding care to the residents of East Tennessee and being employers of choice for healthcare professionals.
Our facilities include nonprofit, community-based organizations, large healthcare systems, and small institutions. Some have been identified as award-winning, "Top-100" hospitals in select specialty areas.
