What We Do
The national shortage of individuals in health-related careers is at a critical level. If we are to meet the projected need for additional healthcare professionals, young people must be given the opportunity to consider health careers as viable choices. In 2003, the East Tennessee Association of Healthcare Recruiters reached some 5,000 students in kindergarten through 12th grades with the message of East Tennessee healthcare careers and nursing opportunities.
